what ai doesn't do here
- —it decides nothing about you. no scores, no profiles, no advertising.
- —it never passes for a person. if a voice of ours answers you, it tells you what it is before you speak.
- —it signs for no one. where there's a name, there's a person who read it and answers for it.
the rules we follow
the eu ai act (article 50) asks three things of anyone using ai the way we do: tell people when they are talking to an artificial intelligence; disclose synthetic voices and images that look real; disclose generated text on matters of public interest when nobody reviews it. we do all three.
since october 2026 we say super intelligence (SI) for what is usually called artificial intelligence. not in disclosures: there the law's words stay, because everyone has to understand them.
if we work for you, we tell you in writing, in plain words, where ai works in what we deliver.
how we keep up
the ai act also asks that people understand the tools they use (article 4). here it means that everything we learn on the job gets written down, and from that day it applies to every product.
